About Us
We started our real estate investment fund for one simple reason: to provide a stable and predictable source of income outside of our full time jobs; without gambling our life savings in the Wall Street casino. My wife and I have been buying multifamily and commercial property since 2006. My wife Nicole is a high school math teacher. I am a full time Licensed Real Estate Broker. Currently we own and manage 93 residential and commercial units in Rochester, NY. We can buy properties in all cash and close fast. We believe in Win Win scenarios.
