We started our real estate investment fund for one simple reason: to provide a stable and predictable source of income outside of our full time jobs; without gambling our life savings in the Wall Street casino. My wife and I have been buying multifamily and commercial property since 2006. My wife Nicole is a high school math teacher. I am a full time Licensed Real Estate Broker.
